Morphological Features of Polycrystalline CdS1−xSex Films Obtained by Screen-Printing Method

چکیده

The results of studying the morphological peculiarities polycrystalline CdS1−xSex films, obtained by screen printing, with well-formed grain boundaries high structural quality are presented here. developed method for printing provides formation films a specified area per cycle, provided that there is possibility varying their thickness from tens microns to units, which allows reducing solar cell’s and facilitating process its connection substrate. Therefore, application sitall substrate contributes product weight joining sheet materials intended panels, namely attaching lasing element purpose this work study an optimized screen-printing create model process. samples were studied using electron microscopy, AFM, XPA, XFS. As result work, based on experimental data, film was developed. validity justified conformity data experiment performed basis.
